Job summary

Alliance Medical is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a mobile role across multiple sites nationwide. The role involves meeting and greeting patients, assisting Radiographers, and handling patient bookings. Training is provided for cannulation and immunisation duties, with a strong emphasis on IT and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environment preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Good IT and administrative skills essential for patient bookings.
• Able to drive (full UK license) for travel between sites.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; flexible and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Radiographers in preparing patients for scans.
• Provide chaperoning and patient support throughout the scanning process.
• Perform cannulation (IV) as part of role; training provided if not experienced.
• Manage administrative tasks and patient bookings via IT systems.
• Support Clinical stock management and participate in audits.
