Role Overview:

As a Mobile Sales & Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers by:

1. Diagnosing and repairing damaged or burst hydraulic hoses on a wide range of machinery directly on-site, working from a fully equipped mobile workshop/van.
2. Engaging with customers at all levels to ensure successful outcomes while exceeding their expectations.
3. Promoting the company’s full product range to customers and developing accounts to drive business growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

No specific experience is required, but candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to the role:

1. Mechanical or engineering experience.
2. Construction or plant fitter experience.
3. Mobile technician or vehicle maintenance background.
4. Experience with power tools, hand tools, or spanners.
5. A completed mechanical or engineering apprenticeship.
