Job summary

Hydraquip Ltd. is the UK’s leading independent hose and hydraulics specialist, visiting customer sites to replace hoses and components. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and work independently while delivering first-class service to a broad customer base.

You will update job records via our mobile app and build lasting relationships with customers. An on-call rota and a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Update jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
