Job summary

SER Limited in Inverness is seeking a Mobile Hose Engineer to join our expanding hydraulic team, delivering on-site hose replacements to a high standard.

You will follow HSE guidelines, work with other mobile engineers across sites, manage van stock and maintenance, keep equipment up to date, and adhere to company policies. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic hose replacement.
• Experience with mechanical machinery including plant and motors.
• Able to communicate technical information to all personnel.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident to work independently.
• Hydraulic hose experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
• Assist in building the company's reputation within the hydraulic field.

Mobile Hose Engineer

Inverness

£28,000 - £36,000 (DOE) 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Over time, On Call, Bonus, van, health care and pension.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assist in building the companies reputation within the hydraulic field.
• Ensure all HSE guidelines within company policy are followed.
• Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
• Work closely with other mobile engineers to assist with issues on various sites.
• Manage vehicle to maintain stock levels, routine maintenance, and documentation of your van.
• Ensure equipment used is maintained and make changes when required.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Provide assistance to staff within depo being based on when required to do so.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Hydraulic hose replacement process is a benefit.
• Experience working with mechanical machinery including plant, motor ect.
• Able to communicate technical information to all personnel.
• The ability to present yourself professionally.
• Hydraulic hose experience.
• Strong communication skills
• Confident to work independently.
• Full UK driving license
