Job Description:

I am currently representing an excellent HVAC specialist company that is in need of a HVAC Engineer within the West or South London areas to cover a busy retail portfolio.

About the Company:

My client is an HVAC specialist company that has been operating since 2013. Based in Buckinghamshire, they now employ a team of 16 HVAC engineers and are looking to add an additional engineer to the team. They provide service, maintenance, and breakdown support for their retail clients.

The Role:

Monday – Friday, 40-hour week. Due to growth, they are seeking an additional HVAC Engineer based in either South or West London to join on a mobile basis. You will cover locations from London & M25, working on retail sites. The role offers plenty of overtime and some overnight work, approximately 3–5 nights per month, paid at 1.5x until 11pm and 2.0x after midnight.

Your responsibilities include service, maintenance, and breakdown support for Comfort DX AC units, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, multisplits, and AHUs.

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
• D2D travel
• 1 in 10 call-out, £200 standby + £50 per call, with D2D at appropriate overtime rate
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Monday–Saturday and 2x on Sundays & bank holidays
• Van & fuel card (new VW Transporter) – private use allowed
• 20 days holidays + 8 bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25)
