Job summary

A leading facilities management firm is looking for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and manage HVAC services across Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will possess relevant HVAC qualifications and have a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include handling routine and reactive maintenance, participating in on-call schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Previous experience in a similar service role is essential along with a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Time served in an Air Con specific service role (minimum 5 years).
• Experience with packaged or air handling equipment is preferable.
• Ability to accurately record work on sheets and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and maintain HVAC services.
• Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance.
• Participate in out of hours call out rota.

Education

NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration
