Job summary

WPS | Elementa Workspace in London (Foot Mobile) is seeking a skilled Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, delivering service across the Elementa Workspace portfolio in London. You will travel between Central London sites, performing planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring safety, compliance and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in commercial environments.
• City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Valid F-Gas certification.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage workloads independently.
• Good understanding of health and safety in FM environments.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and associated equipment.
• Completing reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements.
• Conducting routine inspections, testing and compliance checks.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports using digital systems.
• Building strong relationships with clients and occupants through excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
