Pinnacle Group is seeking a Housing Officer to join our Homes Team in the Pinnacle Service Families division. The role covers mobile patch-based housing management, visiting service families at move-in, in-occupation, and move-out stages to ensure high-quality homes and coordinated support.

You will build relationships with military personnel, local agencies and industry partners, travelling regionally and nationally to deliver a seamless service across patches including Brompton, Woolwich,

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or a customer-focused operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality services to service families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the occupancy cycle, including pre-move, move-in, settling-in visits, and move-out, achieving contractual standards.
• Work with RAMS and industry partners to meet void and move-in standards and provide safe homes.
• Identify and monitor issues affecting family wellbeing or housing conditions and resolve them promptly.
• Plan and manage appointments; communicate changes to families and stakeholders.
