Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Homes Team within the Pinnacle Service Families division. This hybrid role involves delivering mobile patch-based housing management across Corsham and Colerne, with frequent travel and a local Lyneham office.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing management or a customer-focused operational role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the occupancy cycle from pre-move to move-out, meeting contractual standards.
• Work with RAMS and industry partners to ensure safe, high-quality homes.
• Identify and monitor issues affecting wellbeing and housing conditions, resolving them promptly.
• Plan and manage appointments, communicating changes to families and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and military representatives to ensure joined-up support.
• Represent Pinnacle at events and stakeholder meetings to promote engagement.
