Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Community Care Assistant for Newcastle and surrounding areas. You will visit clients at home, delivering person-centred care and support with a flexible schedule across early mornings to evenings.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are essential as you travel between locations. DBS is provided, and the role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality home care for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is essential; employer sponsorship not offered.
• A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential as the role requires travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect between 6:30am and 10pm
• Supporting with medication management
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
• Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
• Travelling between client visits throughout your shift
