Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Mobile HGV Technician to cover a local patch across the Central Belt from Edinburgh. You will be paid door-to-door in a provided van and enjoy a good work-life balance in a growing company.

The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing HGVs (lorries and trucks) with autonomous field work and potential training opportunities. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30–4:30, with a company bonus and local patch responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified HGV technician with experience in maintenance, servicing and repair.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites on a local patch.
• Able to work independently in a hands-on role.

Are you an HGV Technician, looking to join a growing company offering stability and a good work-life balance, where you will be covering a local patch across the Central Belt whilst being paid door-to-door in a provided van?

In this role you will be travelling to customers, working a hands-on and autonomous role whilst you repair, maintain, and service HGVs including Lorries and Trucks. A range of potential training is also available including on Plant machinery and LOLER.
