Job summary
Zenith Vehicles is seeking a Mobile Technician to service and repair HGVs at customer sites across the North-West, ensuring compliance with current legislation. You will diagnose faults, inspect engines and electrical components, and carry out servicing on trucks and trailers, including double-deck units.
Expect 24/7 site coverage with overtime opportunities and pay uplifts. A valid NVQ 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance, a full driving licence, and strong customer service skills are essential to
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience servicing and maintaining HGVs and other commercial vehicles.
- Diagnostic repairs and fault finding experience.
- Full valid driving licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A real commitment to delivering first class service.
Responsibilities
- Travelling to customer sites across the North-West servicing and repairing HGVs.
- Fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Inspections on engines and electrical components and rectifying problems within timeframes.
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to trucks & trailers.
- Working on large double deck trailers.
