NEOS Engineering are currently working with one of the UK’s largest plant companies who are looking for a Plant fitter, specializing in mid to heavy plant across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plant fitter who has experience working on construction machinery but wants more overtime and responsibility.

The ideal Plant fitter is a candidate who has 5 years experience carrying out service, maintenance, and repair of all types of construction plant machinery. The candidate will be confident working alone and able to think on their feet!

The day-to-day role of the Mobile Plant fitter involves traveling across the Midlands for your employer, attending to machines that they have out on hire. The role can vary from routine services to breakdowns, and your responsibility is to get the customer's machine back up and running as quickly as possible!

The Role:

• Service, Maintenance & Repair of Heavy Plant Machinery at customer sites
• Covering Birmingham, Cannock, Telford, Tamworth, and more!
• Mechanical & Electrical repairs – diesel engines, hydraulic systems, diagnostics.

The Candidate:

• Experience working on construction plant
• Eager to receive overtime & progression
