Job summary

Murphy is seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to service and repair heavy plant equipment on a mobile basis across Scotland, starting from Alness. You will follow manufacturer schedules, perform diagnostics, and maintain equipment in line with safety procedures.

The role requires NVQ3-equivalent education, CSCS, and a valid UK driving licence. Murphy offers training, career progression, and a safety-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ3-equivalent education is required.
• CSCS certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Commitment to Murphy training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled service inspections, servicing and repairs per manufacturers specifications.
• Perform regular servicing on machinery, plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex faults in machinery and equipment.
• Carry out repairs to machinery, plant and equipment and their components.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment and record information digitally.
