Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Health & Safety Trainer (Construction) to deliver industry-recognised courses across Scotland with occasional overnights. You will combine classroom delivery with practical site insights and support learners on health and safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical construction site management or supervisory experience.
• NEBOSH Construction qualification or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated region.
• Passion for Health & Safety and interest in developing others.
• Previous training or teaching experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Health & Safety training to construction professionals, including recognised courses.
• Provide a mix of classroom-based and practical training drawing on real-world site experience.
• Support learners in understanding Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
• Receive training and development to progress as a trainer.
• Mobile role covering a designated geographical region with occasional overnight stays.
• Dedicated time for administration, preparation and travel.
• Full-time, permanent role with excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.
