Job summary

Randox Health in Kent is seeking a Health Check Coordinator to join our mobile team delivering NHS Health Checks across the region. You will start your day at home and travel to community venues to assist clients, collect samples, and conduct health consultations with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy to manage bookings and reports, and flexibility to cover evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour.
• IT literate and able to manage appointments and reports efficiently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo DBS check.
• Willingness to be vaccinated against Hepatitis B.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to community testing events across Kent and assist clients during health check appointments.
• Collect blood samples, provide lifestyle advice, and deliver health consultations.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to maintain high service standards.
• Manage appointment bookings, client documentation, and event inventory.
• Provide daily reports and feedback to support service improvements.
• Adhere to SOPs and health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment.
• Comply with CQC regulations to maintain care-centred client services.
