Responsibilities

• Travel daily to community testing events across Kent, welcoming and assisting clients.
• Collect blood samples, provide lifestyle advice, and deliver health consultations for all clients.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to maintain high service standards.
• Manage appointment bookings, client documentation, and inventory for each event.
• Provide daily reports and feedback to help continuously improve services.
• Adhere to SOPs and health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Comply with CQC regulations to ensure a care-centred approach for clients.
