Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a mobile Handyman/Multitrader to maintain a portfolio of residential properties. This role is suited for someone who operates independently and has a broad maintenance skill set, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule.

You will receive a £35,000 base salary plus a performance-based bonus, with a company van and tools provided. This role offers a friendly, supportive team environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven handyman or multitrade experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across multiple properties.
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor electrical tasks.
• Lone working across various sites - must be comfortable managing your own schedule.
• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
