Equans, a leader in sustainable facilities management, seeks a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative in Staffordshire. You'll undertake a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, ensuring high quality of service while adhering to health & safety standards. Equans is looking for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Staffordshire. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?

Experience in a ground's maintenance role
Proven experience of delivering a high-quality service with an eye for detail, and the ability to communicate those expectations to the rest of the team to achieve the same high standards
Experience of completing Risk Assessments & Method Statements
A successful applicant will be police vetted and Enhanced DBS checked which Must come back clear to be offered the position
Valid driving licence
A PA1 & PA6 Spraying qualification is desirable but not essential
This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check therefore ability to pass is essential.
