Job summary
Quick Staff UK is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing & Installation Technician to join our environmental services team, specialising in the installation, servicing and maintenance of Grease Removal Units (GRUs) and associated commercial kitchen equipment.
You'll work across customer sites throughout London, the Midlands and surrounding areas, responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing grease management systems in busy kitchens and hospitality facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial plumbing systems.
- Experience installing and servicing Grease Removal Units (GRUs).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- CSCS Card advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of Grease Removal Units (GRUs).
- Commercial plumbing installations, pipework and fittings.
- Installation and maintenance of dosing systems and wall-mounted pumps.
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repair work.
- Preventative maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
- Completing digital job reports using mobile apps and customer portals.
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety requirements.
- Travelling to customer sites across London and the Midlands.
- Occasional overnight stays when required.
