Auto Windscreens is seeking a Mobile Technician Assistant to support our mobile technicians across a variety of vehicles. You will learn on the job, progress into a qualified Mobile Technician role, and gain hands-on experience in repairs, customer service, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop hands-on repair skills.
• Interest in automotive/technical work.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Mobile Technicians with vehicle glass repairs and replacements
• Preparing vehicles, tools, and equipment for repair work
• Supporting technicians in delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and stock levels
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Learning technical skills and industry knowledge through on-the-job training
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
