Job description

We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Mobile Windscreen Technician to join our team. You'll be based primarily within the Newcastle area, but you may also be required to travel to other branches within the Group.

We're looking for a Mobile Windscreen Technician to take responsibility for the supply and fitting of all vehicle glass replacement, including the removal and refitting of glass for Arnold Clark branches. This role is ideally suited to someone with first-class communication skills, who can actively listen to and establish a customer's needs. An outgoing and approachable manner will definitely help you in this role.

Day-to-day duties
  1. Pricing, supplying, and fitting vehicle glass for Arnold Clark branches.
  2. Removing and refitting vehicle windows in the Bodyshop.
  3. Ordering any glass required.
  4. Managing your own diary to ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
  5. Managing consumable stock levels to have everything needed to carry out duties.
  6. Previous experience removing vehicle glass, preferably within a Bodyshop environment.
  7. Experience of working on your own initiative and taking ownership of your role.
  8. Great organisational skills.
  9. Full UK driving license.
