Job Title: Mobile Gas Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading provider of facilities and real estate management, is recruiting a Gas Engineer for the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform reactive maintenance, diagnose, repair, and install as required.
2. Carry out routine PPM tasks on gas systems.
3. Complete all documentation for domestic and commercial systems.
4. Work with the compliance team to meet regulatory requirements.
5. Manage workload and plan daily tasks using a handheld device.
6. Work independently or as part of a team depending on the task.
7. Possess strong knowledge and qualifications in the commercial gas sector.
