Halmer Recruit is seeking a Mobile Garden Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team maintaining prestigious gardens across London. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £35,000-£41,000, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include supervising horticultural maintenance, ensuring high standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of gardening experience, strong horticultural knowledge, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' professional gardening experience.
• At least 2 years' experience leading a garden maintenance team.
• Experience maintaining high-end private gardens.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a garden maintenance team across prestigious sites.
• Carry out lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning, planting, weeding.
• Diagnose plant health issues and implement treatments.
• Organise daily workloads and ensure work is completed efficiently.
