About The Team

QA at Homa is a core part of our development process — not just catching bugs, but actively improving product quality. We're building a team that's valued, visible, and contributes to award-winning work. You'll work with our internal tools and focus on manual and automated mobile game testing. We're looking for detail-oriented QA professionals who are ready to contribute to the growth of a genre leading game whilst developing their personal and professional skillset.

Role And Missions - What You Will Do

As a Mobile Game QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality and high-quality performance of our hit mobile game All in Hole

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on hypercasual and casual mobile games
Execute automated test runs, preferably using Alt Tester, Air Test, or similar tools
Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and document bugs, ensuring prompt resolution
Create, update, and maintain test cases in tools like TestRail or Notion
Test across various mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and ensure compatibility and consistency
Work with Unity-developed games, understanding game mechanics and performance considerations
Provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the games, suggesting improvements to testing strategies
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear and concise feedback and documentation

Requirements

Preferred Experience—What's your profile

4+ years of experience in mobile game testing, particularly with hypercasual or casual mobile games
Hands-on experience with mobile automated test execution
Strong knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools such as TestRail, Notion, or similar platforms
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
Team mentality
Eagerness to Learn & Grow

Nice to have:

Experience working on Unity-developed games
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, C#, or Java
ISTQB Certification, its a plus.
Background in live games with frequent content updates, events, or liveops cycles
Hands-on experience with testing in-app purchases, ads, and analytics tracking
Familiarity with tools like Charles Proxy, Unity, Firebase, Jira, and TestRail
