Responsibilities

  1. Carry out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on customer equipment, both on-site and in the field.
  2. Ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
  3. Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams.
  5. Participate in regular training to stay current with industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised qualification such as an NVQ or City & Guilds, coupled with experience in the forklift industry. However, individuals with a background in agricultural or plant machinery, mechanical engineering, or motor vehicles will also be considered.
