Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Forklift Engineer to join a growing family-run business serving the Leicester/Nottingham area.

You will service, repair and maintain forklift trucks and material handling equipment across electric, diesel and LPG platforms, ensuring safety and reliability. The role is permanent with a competitive salary and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Forklift Engineer or similar.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform servicing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Work on electric, diesel and LPG equipment.
• Carry out planned servicing and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and paperwork.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
