Holt Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Forklift Engineer in Bolton to service, repair and maintain forklift trucks and material handling equipment. This mobile role includes a company van and fuel card, with enhanced overtime rates and dedicated training opportunities.

You will perform diagnostics, fault-finding and planned maintenance while ensuring work complies with company procedures. A strong problem-solving mindset and teamwork are essential to thrive in this supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in Forklift, Plant, Agricultural, HGV, or Automotive.
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain a variety of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Carry out planned maintenance and safety inspections to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, productive, and safe workshop environment.
