Job summary

KAUTEC RECRUITMENT Ltd is seeking a self-motivated HGV Vehicle Engineer who can travel to our clients' workshops across a designated area, performing pre-arranged servicing, engine work, diagnostics and repair.

You will work with a fully equipped van, handle hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical wiring inspections, and chassis fabrication, while upholding health and safety rules and providing reliable service.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of vehicle technology and ability to follow repair processes from fault analysis to completion.
• Must be able to travel to client workshops within a designated area and work independently.
• Self-motivated, punctual and safety-conscious with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-arranged servicing at rural sites and carry out engine work and diagnostic investigations.
• Rectify running defects and carry out chassis and fabrication work as needed.
• Conduct hydraulics and pneumatics tasks, electrical inspections and wiring corrections.
• Represent KAUTEC RECRUITMENT Ltd professionally at client sites with good communication.
• Travel within a designated area using a fully equipped van.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and standards.
