Lifestone Homes is seeking a Fire Stopping Specialist with strong passive fire protection knowledge to deliver compliant fire stopping and compartmentation across occupied homes in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. The role emphasises accurate recording, safety, and high-quality workmanship, with a mobile patch across designated areas.
You will need to understand fire stopping systems, installation methods, and evidence to FIRAS or BM Trada standards.
Qualifications
- Experience completing FIRAS/BM Trada or equivalent certified fire safety work.
- Experience in repairs and maintenance within housing.
- Experience working in communal areas and occupied homes.
- Good IT skills and able to document works efficiently on forms provided.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Responsabilités
- Deliver compliant fire stopping and passive fire protection across occupied homes.
- Assist with fire door works and maintenance.
- Maintain records and evidence to support compliance standards.
- Work across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, often in communal areas and occupied homes.
- Ensure safety and high standards of workmanship.
