Job summary

Vertu FM is recruiting a Fire and Security Engineer to support Edinburgh, Dunfermline and surrounding regions. This permanent full-time role covers Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder and Access maintenance within the Security and Fire team.

The position offers a starting salary of £39,081 with a company car/van, 33 days of annual leave, pension, ongoing training and clear opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire and security industry is essential.
• Willingness to work a mobile patch across Edinburgh/Dunfermline and surroundings.
• Proactive and reliable with a safety-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder and Access Maintenance.
• Operate as part of the Security and Fire team in compliance with company policy.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and safe systems of work are followed on site.
