Job summary

Kautec Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair a range of specialised vehicles at customer sites. The role involves travel to airports, ports, main dealers and industrial facilities, working remotely from the customer’s workshop.

You will operate a fully equipped van, perform preventative maintenance, callouts, and fault analysis from inspection to repair, ensuring high vehicle standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Plant and Vehicle technologies
• Able to follow the repair process from fault analysis to completion

• Pre-arranged servicing at rural sites
• Engine work and diagnostic investigations
• Correction of running defects
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Improvement of vehicle standards

• Travelling within a designated area to customer sites
• Working with a fully equipped van
• Representing the client at customer sites
