Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment across customer sites in London and the M25 corridor. You will perform planned preventive maintenance, reactive breakdown support and assist installations, delivering professional, efficient service.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with fault‑finding skills.
• Experience on electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) visits.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Attend sites for reactive service and breakdown work.
• Meet service levels and quality standards on visits.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Maintain vehicle stock levels and manage spare parts.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and technical teams.
• Follow health, safety and compliance procedures.
• Travel occasionally for out-of-hours work when required.
