Job summary

Smart Managed Solutions is seeking a Mobile Contract Manager to oversee maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blue‑chip contracts in London. You will ensure assets operate correctly and records are kept in line with regulatory practices.

You will deliver a world-class service, gain the client’s confidence, and lead innovation within a fast-paced mobile portfolio. This role offers significant leadership and the chance to drive performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognised industry qualification in electrical or HVAC disciplines.
• Knowledge of current standards related to electrical and mechanical services.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and financial accountability across the contract/account.
• Lead a diverse engineering services team across multiple skill sets.
• Monitor and control PPM and reactive statistics and produce reports.
• Produce monthly reports and close out actions from meetings.
• Produce energy reports for the customer.
• Ensure statutory certification is available on request.
• Manage team wellbeing, health & safety, and SMS policies.
• Ensure staffing levels balance cost with service excellence and peak workloads.
