Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician

Salary: Upto GBP32 - 33.5k (van & fuel card)

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a mobile retail contract around the Oxford area. The Salary is Upto GBP32 - 33.5k (van & fuel card) working Mon - Fri 8 am - 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

1. Plumbing repairs and installations
2. Carpentry work
3. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
4. General maintenance and repairs as required
5. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
6. Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
2. Relevant trade qualifications
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
