Overall, Purpose of the Role

As a member of PPP-IML's Engineering Support Team (EST), you will deliver high-quality electrical maintenance support across various contracts to enhance customer experience and the company's reputation.

More about the role:
  • Promote a safety culture and operate in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Ensure electrical maintenance meets required standards, qualifications, service level agreements, company procedures, and external certifications like ISO9001
  • Support the development of core competencies and share best practices among staff
  • Complete inspections, maintenance, and repairs promptly, with accurate reporting within deadlines
  • Produce reports and liaise with site Contract Managers to improve the EST services
  • Manage administrative tasks, including work schedules and tickets, accurately and timely
  • Work flexibly across the portfolio, attending meetings, training, and networking events as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime and maintenance costs
  • Travel across various UK sites
  • Work additional shifts/overtime during peak periods
  • Follow reasonable instructions from your Line Manager
