Overall, Purpose of the Role

As a member of PPP-IML’s Engineering Support Team (EST), you will deliver high-quality electrical maintenance across various contracts to enhance customer experience and the company's reputation.

More about the role:

• Promote a safety culture and operate according to health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Ensure electrical maintenance meets qualifications, skills, client service level agreements, company procedures, and standards like ISO9001
• Support development of core competencies, processes, and share best practices
• Complete inspection, maintenance, and repair operations timely with accurate reporting
• Produce reports and liaise with site Contract Managers to improve services and reputation
• Manage administrative tasks like work schedules and tickets accurately and promptly
• Work flexibly across sites, attending meetings, training, and networking events
• Drive continuous improvement to minimize downtime and costs
• Travel across UK sites
• Work additional shifts/overtime during peak periods
• Follow reasonable instructions from your Line Manager
