About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, delivering high-quality maintenance services across Greater London, the City, and sites stretching from Norwich to Oxford. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive individual with a trade qualification and building services experience. You’ll be provided with a company van, fuel card, and access to parking apps to support your mobility across our diverse portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Replace bulbs and perform routine lighting checks
  • Conduct emergency lighting inspections and repairs
  • Respond to callouts as part of a 1 in 7 rota
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised trade qualification (e.g., plumbing, electrical, or multi-skilled building services)
  • Proven experience in building services maintenance
  • A clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
  • Ability to live close to the M25 for efficient travel to sites
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to cover sites between Norwich and Oxford as required
