About the role:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building fabric components - Fire Doors, Door Locks, Walls, Fixtures, etc.
• Painting, Decorating, Tiling, and Plastering.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of building fabric elements as needed.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.

What we require:

• Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
• NVQ Qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in conducting repairs and replacements of fabric elements.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Main Details:

• Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer
• Salary: £16.38 per hour
• Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
• Hours of Work: 8am - 4pm
