Role Overview:

As a Mobile Engineering Lead, you will lead a team to develop a new SDK that will enable the business to extend its award-winning experiences to more brands and fans.

You will be involved in building this early-stage product, leading the architecture and development efforts. A deep knowledge of iOS, Android, and JavaScript is essential, and participation in technical discussions, documentation, and best practices is expected.

You will also work on product strategy, defining the roadmap with the CPO, and representing the team to stakeholders.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to recruit new team members by identifying gaps and conducting interviews.

About You:

You should be a passionate technologist with experience in iOS, Android, or JavaScript development, and have leadership experience managing delivery of cutting-edge products. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also important.

Benefits:

Salary up to £70,000 - £90,000 plus health insurance and gym membership. The role offers full remote work with a 4-5 day workweek.
