Qualifications

  • Ideally possess knowledge in mechanical services for maintenance tasks.
  • Qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds are preferred.
  • Strong experience in water hygiene is critical.

The Vacancy
MOBILE ENGINEER (WATER HYGIENE)

Here at Wates, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join our dedicated mobile team supporting our client based in Leeds, Yorkshire.

The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance in accordance with the contract requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • Knowledge of mechanical and building services maintenance
  • Strong water hygiene experience
  • A qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds
  • Good knowledge of a plant room and day-to-day building maintenance
Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations and in accordance with industry legislation
  • Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates, and provide detailed reports on works delivered
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests related to mechanical systems
  • Respond to call outs and cover breakdowns and emergencies associated with mechanical services as required.
