A leading family-owned building and property maintenance company is looking for a Mobile Engineer with a Fabric Bias in Leeds. You will be responsible for delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring all work complies with legal and contractual requirements. Here at Wates, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Mobile Engineer with a Fabric Bias to join our dedicated mobile team supporting our client based in Leeds, Yorkshire.

The main objective is for you to carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance in accordance with the contract requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

• Knowledge of mechanical and building services maintenance

• A qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds.

• Good knowledge of a plant room and day-to-day building maintenance

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of legislation and contractual obligations, and in accordance with industry legislation

• Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered

• Respond promptly and effectively to all reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests associated with mechanical systems
