The Opportunity:

You’ll be carrying out maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on a wide range of electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems in busy, sensitive environments like hospitals and schools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified – NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391, FIA modules, JIB Gold Card or ECS.
• Experienced – Solid background working with electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems.
• Proactive – You don’t just highlight problems—you suggest how to fix them.
• Reliable – You understand that in hospitals and schools, safety and quality aren’t optional.
• Professional – You work respectfully with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
• DBS Clear – An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Service, maintain, and repair electrical, lighting, fire, and AOV systems.
• Diagnose faults and implement solutions safely and efficiently.
• Complete remedial electrical works and lighting upgrades, including intelligent DALI systems.
• Commission, test, and hand over systems to clients with full documentation.
• Communicate clearly with clients and the team to get jobs done right the first time.

What You’ll Need:

Electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, 18th Edition, etc.)

Understanding of BS7671, BS5839, and compliance standards.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to doing a good job.
