Job summary

Recruit4staff LTD is seeking an Electrician for permanent work in the UK. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across FM sites, fault diagnosis, and installations for Small Works. You will travel between sites, lodge away when required, and ensure all work complies with regulations and company procedures.

Essential are NVQ Level 3 and 18th Edition; 2391 is a plus. A company van is provided along with pension, life insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a qualified electrician in maintenance, facilities or small works.
• Fault finding, repairs and electrical installation experience across commercial sites.
• Willingness to travel and lodge away for projects when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across FM client sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure safe operation.
• Undertake installation, alteration and refurbishment works for Small Works.
• Conduct routine inspections and checks of electrical systems and equipment.
• Work between Facilities Management and Small Works with flexible weekly split.
• Travel to project locations, lodging away as needed, and maintain records promptly.
