Location: Slough, Wembley, Islington, North West London, M4 Corridor, M25 (towards Reading/Oxford)
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Working Area: Commercial FM Contracts – London & Thames Valley
Holiday: 26 days annual leave + bank holidays

We’re currently seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Electrician to join our Facilities Management (FM) team. This role will cover a portfolio of commercial properties across Slough, Wembley, Islington, North West London, and the M4/M25 corridors toward Reading and Oxford.

This is a varied role that includes both electrical tasks and occasional general building maintenance duties, ideal for a well-rounded engineer with strong FM experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial properties

• Fault finding, repairs, and electrical testing

• Emergency lighting, small power, lighting systems, and distribution board work

• Occasional support on fabric and general maintenance tasks

• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations

• Liaising with site teams, FM helpdesk, and clients

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (essential)

• Experience working within the FM/building services industry

• Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – desirable

• Comfortable carrying out some non-electrical FM tasks as required

• Full UK driving licence

• Excellent fault-finding skills and customer service approach
