Purpose of Role

We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to work on a mobile basis around Loughborough and the surrounding cities.

Responsibilities

You would have responsibilities for conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), performing PPM tasks, and carrying out small installations with a strong customer focus. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations by completing method statements, risk assessments, and point-of-work assessments. You will maintain accurate records using mobile devices, liaise with clients to minimise disruption, and work flexibly across shift patterns and travel as required. Additionally, you will attend team meetings to review performance and compliance updates. The successful candidate will have proven electrical testing experience and have worked on a mobile basis previously.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

•Previous experience in a similar electrical testing role using
• Previously worked a mobile basis
• Ability to work flexibly, including shift patterns and travel as dictated by business needs
• 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or Time-Served
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (ESSENTIAL)
• Full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points)
