Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of GenesisCare cancer treatment centres across East London, Essex and the South East. The role requires travelling between sites (Elstree, Chelmsford, Maidstone, Royal Tunbridge Wells) and delivering planned maintenance, reactive repairs and compliance tasks while supervising contractors.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification and driving licence.
• Experience delivering PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to supervise contractors and work across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Comfortable travelling between sites and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues.
• Carry out routine compliance inspections and checks.
• Supervise specialist contractors and service providers.
• Manage permits, safe systems of work and contractor access.
• Support electrical, HVAC, water hygiene and fire safety tasks.
• Maintain electronic compliance records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with centre teams.
