Job Title: Mobile Electrical Supervisor
Location: Covering Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Isle of Wight
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Benefits: 23 days holiday (rising to 28), pension, life assurance, sick pay, company van & fuel card

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mobile Electrical Supervisor to support maintenance works across residential, commercial and public sector properties. You will oversee electrical compliance, sign off certification, and ensure works meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Validate and sign off NICEIC certificates


  • Ensure all work meets IEE wiring regulations


  • Conduct inspections, testing, fault-finding and repairs


  • Lead and support a small team of electricians


  • Oversee electrical installations in kitchens, bathrooms and heating systems


  • Maintain health and safety compliance across all works


  • Provide out-of-hours support on a rota basis


Requirements:


  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation


  • C&G 2391 (Testing & Inspection)


  • 18th Edition & AM2 qualification


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance


  • Supervisory or lead engineer experience (desirable)


  • Full UK driving licence


  • Enhanced DBS & SC clearance (or ability to obtain)


You will need strong technical knowledge, a proactive attitude and the ability to support a mobile team delivering reactive and planned works to a high standard.
