About the role:

We are in need of a Technical Supervisor who is electrically qualified for a mobile role supervising the technical Engineers for various clients on commercial sites across the Midlands.

  • To work with, promote and ensure compliance within the business unit with the Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company standard operational procedures are always implemented and adhered to within your business unit.
  • Establish and maintain the consistent operational performance in line with KPIs and service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and contract measures are met within the region.
  • To attend site when required to support the wider Engineering and Account teams.
  • To be responsible for accurate training records of team and organising training when required.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate activities associated with services for which you are responsible, i.e. gas/electrical/air conditioning equipment testing, calibration and PAT testing.
  • Responsible for the management of the new starter process.
  • Responsible for all tool issuing, inspection and removal from service. Updating records as required.
  • Electrical trade qualification and be a subject matter expert.
  • Experience in leading a multi-functional Engineering delivery team.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely Certified.
  • Proven track record of managing performance to set of KPIs.
  • Strong geographical awareness of the area.
  • Good understanding and experience of Microsoft Office software packages and general IT knowledge.
  • Sound understanding of planned/reactive maintenance requirements and our legal requirements/obligations.
