The Company

My client is a fast-growing and innovative Facilities Management provider, delivering a full spectrum of Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical, and Building Fabric Maintenance Services.

They operate throughout the South of England, specializing in Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, and Leisure Sectors.

Following recent success and contract wins, my client is looking to expand their team by hiring X 2 van mobile electrical engineers to work across their portfolio of clients in London and the home counties.

Experience

• 5 years experience is advantageous but not required
• Experience working in Retail/Commercial environments
• Ability to undertake planned, PPMs, and reactive maintenance activities – Emergency light testing, UPS, fire alarm tests, lighting, and wiring
• Carry out visual inspections and ensure compliance with site safety standards
• Respond to ‘in-hours’ callouts as required
• Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports
• Full Driving License
• Willingness to travel within London & South East of England
• Good Health & Safety Awareness

• Basic Salary up to £40/45k depending on experience, based on a 45-hour week
